We’re looking for an energetic Analytics Manager to join our growing DRTV team. In this position, you will provide analytic support and strategic recommendations for our Linear Television and OTT/CTV campaigns. This position requires an eye for numbers, intellectual curiosity, and an intermediate proficiency in excel. Hybrid Schedule - in office Tuesdays/Thursdays.

A Day In The Life

As a member of the Direct Response TV (DRTV) Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management and optimization of Traditional TV and OTT/CTV campaigns.
This position will be responsible for TV Media Analytics and ensuring our reporting ecosystem is accurate and reliable.
You will develop and strengthen your analytical mind to focus on finding leverage in our data with the intention to help us grow and improve. 
Our ideal candidate will be excited about a fast-paced culture, an ever-changing landscape of D2C Marketing, and data driven decisions focused on performance-based metrics. 
We are looking for a creative, curious, task-oriented person who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and take pride in owning, shaping and enhancing our data and analytical functions. 
Responsibilities include:
o Campaign Management: continuously monitor and analyze TV campaign performance metrics, including Cost per Call, Conversion Rates, and Cost per Application.
o Operations and Reporting: maintain operational functions and generate reports that highlight key metrics, trends and actionable insights for campaign optimization. 
o Vendor Management: Responsible for effectively managing external agencies by overseeing budgets, ensuring strategic goals are met, designing test strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day communication.
o Research: compile and synthesize competitor data to keep current with industry trends
